Konsultuppdrag | AI / Platform Engineer

We're looking for a senior consultant to join a Platform Engineering team focused on developer experience, internal tooling and AI enablement across a larger engineering organization. The team works closely with product and engineering teams to build tools and capabilities that improve how developers work, with a strong focus on practical business value and developer productivity. What we're looking for Platform engineering only works if it's built for the teams that use it, not for itself. A consultant who fits here: Collaborates naturally within the platform team, and just as readily across the wider engineering organization — understanding what product development teams need is core to the job, not a side task. Is pulled by value-driven development: builds for the outcome a team gets, not for what gets shipped. Has a strong, hands-on understanding of AI harnesses and agent infrastructure — the tooling that lets an engineering org actually work in agentic, AI-augmented ways. Is a strong engineer first: solid fundamentals, comfortable across the stack platform and tooling work touches. Communicates clearly and proactively, and works directly with people outside their own team as a matter of course. Takes initiative: raises what's not working, proposes fixes, and builds ahead of being asked. The environment is based around a modern cloud-native development stack, including: TypeScript / Node.js React AWS Kubernetes Terraform GitHub Actions CI/CD and developer tooling AI-assisted development and agent-based tooling Experience with agent orchestration, coding-agent frameworks/harnesses or similar AI developer infrastructure is particularly relevant. We're looking for someone senior enough to contribute from day one and influence how the platform supports the wider engineering organization. We value technical judgment, breadth and the ability to work independently over a specific number of years of experience.
