<p><span>Start: 09/01/2026</span><br><span>End: 12/31/2026</span></p><p>We are looking for an experienced DevOps Consultant to support and drive a migration from Azure DevOps Server (on-premises/TFS) to GitHub Enterprise, with a strong emphasis on designing and implementing production-ready GitHub Actions workflows.<br><br><strong>The assignment involves modernizing CI/CD pipelines across a diverse application landscape, including:</strong><br><br>.NET APIs deployed to OpenShift/Kubernetes<br>Windows-based client applications<br>IIS/Windows Server applications<br>Internal NuGet package publishing<br><br>This is a hands-on role combining analysis, design, and implementation, where practical experience building, troubleshooting, and improving GitHub Actions workflows is essential.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>Analyze existing Azure DevOps build and release pipelines<br>Design, implement, and troubleshoot GitHub Actions workflows for building, test, packaging, and deployment scenarios<br>Translate existing Azure DevOps pipeline logic into maintainable GitHub Actions workflows<br>Migrate repositories, pipelines, and deployment processes to GitHub<br>Set up GitHub Environments, secrets, and runner strategies<br>Ensure reliable build, packaging, and deployment flows<br>Contribute to standardization and reusable CI/CD templates<br>Supporting the team during migration and onboarding<br></p><p><strong>Skills</strong>: </p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong><br><br>Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows in real delivery environments<br>Strong understanding of GitHub Enterprise, including repositories, environments, secrets, permissions, and runner strategies<br>Solid background in Azure DevOps / TFS pipelines<br>Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, MSBuild, and PowerShell<br>Experience with Windows-based builds and deployments<br>Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and pipeline design<br><br><strong>Nice to Have:</strong><br>Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift<br>Familiarity with IIS and Windows Server deployments<br>Experience with Artifactory or similar artifact repositories<br>Knowledge of SonarQube and code quality tooling<br>Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments<br><br><strong>Profile</strong><br><br><strong><em>We are looking for a Consultant who:</em></strong><br><br>Is hands-on and solution-oriented<br>Can work both independently and collaboratively<br>Has experience bridging legacy systems with modern platforms<br>Communicates clearly and documents solutions effectively<br><br><em>Summary:<br>This is an opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale CI/CD modernization initiative, working across multiple technologies and application types.
