Konsultuppdrag | Senior Platform Engineer – Infrastructure & Operations

We are looking for a senior consultant for a long-term assignment with one of our clients in Stockholm. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working close to infrastructure, platform engineering and operations, while also contributing through software development and automation. You will join a technically strong team responsible for developing and improving the underlying platform that supports other development teams. A significant part of the role will focus on improving reliability, automation, deployment processes and the overall developer experience. You will, among other things: Develop and automate internal platform and operational tooling Work with containerized environments and platform orchestration Improve deployment and release processes Automate manual and repetitive operational workflows Work closely with Linux-based infrastructure Develop scripts, services and tools that improve operational efficiency Contribute to monitoring, troubleshooting and platform stability Help evolve processes and ways of working around infrastructure and platform engineering Contribute to technical decisions and long-term architecture Collaborate closely with developers and other technical teams What we are looking for. You are a senior, hands-on engineer who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex technical problems. A strong communicator and team player We are looking for experience with: Kubernetes and containerized environments Strong Linux experience Programming, scripting and automation, preferably with Python Modern CI/CD and deployment processes Infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code Development and operations in production environments Cloud and/or hybrid infrastructure Distributed systems and scalable platforms Building internal tools that improve the developer experience Testing, monitoring and observability Nice to have Experience working with larger internal platforms Experience with GitOps and declarative infrastructure Experience working with physical infrastructure or environments outside public cloud Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers Experience working in agile environments Practical information Start: ASAP Duration: Approximately 6 months, with possible extension Scope: Full-time Location: Stockholm Work model: Hybrid, approximately 3 days/week onsite Language: Swedish or English
