KYC delivery lead

For our client we are looking for a KYC delivery lead - EU AMLR Package Detailed description of work task to be carried out End-to-end planning and execution of one or more KYC and/or Transaction Monitoring focused workstreams as part of implementation of the new EU AML Regulaotory Package. Responsibilities to include securing: * commited actions plans to define, develop and implement changes to systems, processes, data sourcing, governance, reporting and other capabilities as required, in order to secure compliance with new EU AML regulation * clearly defined scope, deliveries, targets and definitions of done for workstream(s) under own management * operational readiness for implementation of new processes and tools in KYC servicing units * understanding of operational impacts resulting from changes to processes and tools * identification and resolution of dependencies (both within and outside the KYC value chain), and identification and mitigation of risks and issues * adequate governance and senior management oversight of progress vs targets and definitions of done, and timely escalation of risks and issues Must-have knowledge and experience Senior project/programme manager with executive-level experience within the Financial Crime Prevention area. Ability to drive large, complex projects spanning multiple geographies and business areas. Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority. Track record of successfully operationalizing change, with demonstrable value creation and benefit realisation. Nice-to-have knowledge and experience Experience of delivering large, structural change initiatives across both KYC and Transaction Monitoring, esp. with a focus on delivering end-to-end customer monitoring processes and solutions Experience successfully implementing a risk-based event driven review framework and processes Experience implementing KYC processes in relation to the sole trader customer segment Startdatum: 2026-11-11 Slutdatum: 2027-12-17 Omfattning: 100% Ort: Stockholm Språk: Svenska Vi offererar löpande och ärendet kan komma att stängas ner innan satt deadline.
