KYC lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to support our client in a large and complex initiative within Financial Crime Prevention and KYC. The consultant will play a key role in coordinating activities across the full KYC value chain, working across business, technology, risk & compliance, and operations. Key responsibilities: You will be responsible for driving and coordinating initiatives related to: Updating group processes and procedures and ensuring successful adoption within the relevant pension business, covering customer onboarding, ongoing due diligence and related KYC processes. Developing tactical solutions and tools to support KYC activities until migration to the client’s strategic KYC platform is completed. Supporting the development of the strategic KYC solution to enable adoption within the pension business. Coordinating the migration of existing customers to the strategic KYC platform and supporting successful organisational adoption. Ensuring appropriate oversight of KYC activities through relevant governance structures, reporting and controls. Must-have experience: Strong experience leading large and complex projects or programmes. Solid knowledge of KYC, Financial Crime Prevention and related regulatory processes. Experience engaging and managing senior and executive-level stakeholders. Ability to operate across multiple domains, including business, technology, risk & compliance, and operations. A strong track record of successfully operationalising change. Demonstrable experience delivering measurable value and benefit realisation. Strong coordination skills and the ability to drive progress across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
