Labor Demand Expert

We are looking for people with: Experience in labour demand modelling, operational analytics, workforce planning, capacity planning, operational modelling or workload forecasting Experience translating demand drivers, customer activity, workload patterns or operational volume into labour requirements Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets Experience building, documenting and maintaining operational models, assumptions and calculation logic Understanding of customer-driven operational environments such as retail, logistics, delivery operations, fulfilment, warehousing or similar high-volume operations Strong understanding of operational drivers such as customer traffic, transactions, deliveries, workloads, productivity factors and omnichannel flows Experience translating complex models and assumptions into practical guidance for business stakeholders Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Fluency in English, both written and spoken   WHO WE ARE H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
