GC Corporation was founded in 1921 in Japan and has developed itself into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. GC Europe (Leuven, Belgium) supports and leads our different sales offices and dealers in EMEA territory. Our Nordic Team is currently looking for a Laboratory Sales Manager, Nordic Purpose of the job As a Laboratory Sales Manager you will drive sales growth and business development for our laboratory and CAD/CAM product portfolio across the Nordic region. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial experience within the dental laboratory sector and a solid understanding of digital CAD/CAM workflows used in laboratories and dental clinics. Your Role - Lead and develop our business in laboratory and CAD/CAM segment: Drive sales and business development activities across Nordic, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. Geographically main focus is on Sweden, Norway and Denmark. - Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental laboratories, digitally focused distributors, and key opinion leaders. - Product trainings and presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions that showcase customer-focused solutions, drive sales growth, and clearly demonstrate the value of the GC portfolio. - Market insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges. - Team collaboration: Support and work closely with the broader GC Nordic team to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing across markets. What You Bring? - Proven experience (minimum 4 years) within the dental laboratory industry , including CAD/CAM workflows , ideally gained in a sales role. - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Results-oriented and proactive person who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment where multiple priorities need to be managed simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. - Willingness to travel on weekly basis, being 60%-80% of the working time in the field. - Resident of Sweden (working remote from home).
