Land Surveyor

HanmiGlobal is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor with experience in projects related to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW). The ideal candidate must possess all relevant documents to work in Kuwait, including a valid Civil ID. Key Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and land features. Prepare accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide technical support during construction. Utilize surveying equipment and software for precise measurements and data analysis. Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations and standards. Identify and resolve any surveying-related issues on-site. Skills & Requirements Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience in land surveying for construction or infrastructure projects Proficiency with total stations, GPS, and surveying software Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret drawings Good communication and reporting skills PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred , but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
