Lead Agent/Agent-Transcon

To coordinate  with service providers, customers, and other products on daily routines.     To perform customs e-paperless function to support Transcon shipments. To enter shipment points to determine the best routing options for a specific shipment. To handle data analysis and  daily delivery report. To conduct inspection and assessment on regular basis, so as to maintain a thorough record of all events related to  transport shipments To provide support to the team on managing transportation. To handle general enquiries from internal departments, customers and overseas offices To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.                                                                                                                                                                                                       University graduate with minimum 1 year's relevant experience. To be able to communicate in English.
