About the role We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Lead AI to lead Stillfront’s Art Hub existing AI efforts and push them to the next level. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that further embed AI into creative intelligence and analysis, brief generation, and art production. You will own the tech foundation for AI production at the art hub. This hands-on leadership role will require both technical depth and strategic thinking, as you guide the evaluation, adoption, and successful deployment of AI solutions across a diverse range of creative types and games. Our Art Hub is already deploying AI widely in its processes. Midjourney, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Krita AI, DALL·E, Leonardo, Scenario, Higgsfield, Flux 2, Seedream, Veo, Hedra, ElevenLabs, Google AI Studio, Krotos, FL studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Kling, AfterEffects AI, Unity, Unreal Engine are tools used on almost every workflow. YOUR MISSION Define and drive the Art Hub's AI strategy, with generative AI as the core enabler and force multiplier across all crafts and disciplines Develop a deep understanding of the different workflows and disciplines across the Art Hub, and identify what's needed and possible for each Own and improve the tech infrastructure needed for world-class AI production at the Art Hub together with IT Automate processes for creative intelligence, brief generation, art production and creative analysis together with creative strategists, artists and developers Curate, evaluate, and recommend best-in-class generative AI tools, platforms, and vendors tailored to the practical needs of each discipline Establish a lightweight framework for piloting new tools, models, and capabilities, and scale the ones that prove valuable into AI-assisted workflows that measurably reduce manual effort and unlock new creative production possibilities Define success metrics to make impact visible, tracking time saved, adoption rates, and output quality to prove out the "force multiplier" case Continuously scout emerging generative AI tools and models, keeping the Art Hub's approach current in a field that moves fast Stay closely connected with marketing and creative production teams across the group, understand what they're doing and what they need in generative AI, and provide tools and workflows that can be adopted across teams at scale YOUR BACKSTORY Significant experience working with AI, with strong hands-on familiarity with modern generative AI tools, APIs, and workflows Deep understanding of creative production pipelines and the day-to-day realities of art, design, and performance marketing Strong communicator, able to translate between technical AI capabilities and the practical needs of creative teams Strong project manager who can handle structure and implementation of an AI project Team player who builds trust and buy-in across crafts and functions rather than pushing change top-down Curious, continuously learning mindset, comfortable operating in a field that shifts week to week Who we are Babil Games "Where MENA Plays Bold" Was founded in 2012 to elevate the gaming landscape for the Arabic-speaking world, filling a gap with culturally relevant content.
