For our Client from the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for Clinical Trial Analytics Consultant Location: Warsaw, Poland (but fully remote) Start date: ASAP Recruitment language: English Recruitment process: 2-stage online recruitment Role overview: Analytical Support for Clinical Trial Country Allocation with a strong background in clinical research, feasibility analytics, and data-driven clinical trial planning. The ideal candidate should have experience in: Clinical research with a focus on feasibility analytics and country allocation strategy Supporting clinical trial planning and study start-up activities through data-driven insights Clinical trial performance monitoring using real-world and operational data Working with data sources and platforms such as: TriNetX Citeline DQS Power BI Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining automated data processing and reporting tools Delivering actionable insights to support country selection, site strategy, and trial execution Analyzing trial performance, patient recruitment trends, and feasibility metrics Collaborating across clinical, operational, and business teams to translate data into strategic recommendations Supporting initiatives that accelerate study start-up and optimize clinical trial execution Typical business questions you will support: Which countries should be selected for a specific clinical trial or program? What recruitment timelines are realistic based on historical data? How should patients and sites be allocated to meet study goals? What trade-offs exist between recruitment speed, cost, risk, and feasibility? How can historical trial performance improve future planning accuracy? Nice to have: Experience in therapeutic areas such as obesity, diabetes, or related fields. Experience with large-scale global clinical development programs.
