Lead Data Analyst

We are looking for people with…​  Experience from product or business analysis, customer or commercial analytics, management consulting or data engineering, including leading complex, high-impact analytics initiatives. Proficiency in SQL and good working experience with Python or R, git, dbt and cloud analytics environments such as GCP or Databricks. Previous experience within ecommerce, retail, fashion or tech product-driven companies. Academic degree within Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (or similar), or equivalent working experience. Expertise in data visualisation tools and techniques, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio. Strong theoretical and applied knowledge of statistics and expertise in at least one advanced analytics field, such as experimentation, quasi-experiments or backtesting. Proven ability to independently take a solution from A to Z exploratory analysis, proof of concept, A/B testing, stakeholder alignment, productionising, roll-out and scaling. Extensive knowledge of data product development and a good understanding of AI, data science and data engineering work. A proven track record of delivering innovative, impactful data and insights that drive key business decisions at a senior level. Experience influencing senior stakeholders across different competences (Commercial Leads, eCommerce Managers, Product Managers, Developers, Designers, Data Engineers etc.) in a large matrix organisation. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to lead and influence decision-making on large, key initiatives. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment, also outside your own domain. A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts constructively and build alignment across areas and stakeholders.
