Lead Developer

We are looking for a **Lead developer** for our Online Sales team, enabling all digital sales journeys on [Telenor.se](http://telenor.se/). You will guide and lead highly skilled developers operating in a complex landscape; balancing team growth, AI adoption, technical evolution, and customer experience improvements. We are looking for someone who holds a deep conceptual understanding of frontend software development, but you will also be expected to do hands-on work yourself.
