Lead Engineer – MCA SW Verification

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Large experience in design, testing, or validation engineering. Strong experience with IV&V activities and system-level validation. Hands-on experience with HITL, MITL, SITL, or system-level testing (Rail or Automotive preferred). Experience developing test procedures for control software and embedded systems. Strong understanding of control systems and communication protocols (RS232/422, CAN, Ethernet). Experience with test life cycle tools (e.g., ClearQuest or equivalent). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work hands-on in lab and field (locomotive) environments.
