We are looking for someone with experience in leading and driving planning activities in complex environments, preferably within large-scale construction and/or infrastructure projects. You understand how project scheduling impacts project finances, resource planning, procurement, design, and construction activities. You possess strong analytical skills and are able to translate detailed information into well-founded decisions that support the organization's overall objectives. At the same time, you have the ability to maintain a holistic perspective, identify interdependencies, and anticipate the consequences of different courses of action. You are an effective communicator who can engage others in the planning process, foster alignment across different functions, and convey complex information in a clear and pedagogical manner. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience working with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject . A higher education qualification in a technical discipline and at least five years of experience in project planning . Proven experience managing large and complex projects . Experience within the construction industry and construction delivery is considered advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, which is essential for successful collaboration and project delivery. Experience using planning and scheduling tools, combined with a solid understanding of construction and production workflows. Candidates residing elsewhere are also welcome to apply, provided they can be present in Luleå for at least 50-70% of their working time , which is considered essential for success in the role. The remaining time can preferably be spent at a location where NCC has offices and/or where there are good travel connections to Luleå, such as Stockholm, Uppsala, Piteå, Boden, Skellefteå , and other suitable locations.
