Lead Product Manager
the opportunity to take on formal people leadership as the team scales. Prior experience mentoring or managing product managers directly is a plus, though not required. Product Craft & Rigor Set the standard for product craft — problem framing, PRDs, roadmap collaboration and post-launch measurement. Bring strong rigor, discipline, and process to the cross-functional team, not just to your own output. Use agentic AI tools as part of your own product management workflow — research synthesis, spec drafting, roadmap analysis — and help the wider team adopt them well. What We're Looking For An understanding of what it takes to sell B2B SaaS and AI products into large, regulated, or enterprise organizations. A well-informed point of view on developer and agentic productivity and performance — you've used agentic tools as part of your own workflow, and have an opinion on where this is heading. Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and multi-product environments. A strong, data-driven product leader who knows when to lean on data and when to lean on judgment. You can understand and shape the product experience, and hold your own in a technical conversation with both engineers and executives.
