Lead Project / Construction Manager (f/m/x) – EPCM Industry - Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

we are looking for an experienced leader with strong ownership, hands‑on mentality and international site experience.  Contractual home base: Flexible – any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands  Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‑site presence required)    Overseeing construction management for the execution and commissioning of a highly complex semiconductor manufacturing facility  Full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality and HSE performance during construction, installation and commissioning phases  Compliance with local legal requirements including building and construction regulations and occupational safety regulations  Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors  Resource and capacity planning to achieve project objectives   Regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders and interface for the client on-site  Continuous improvement of site processes, workflows and safety culture    Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, Architecture or comparable qualification  Extensive experience in senior construction management roles within EPCM industrial or high‑tech projects  Solid understanding of international contract standards (FIDIC, RIBA, HOA, AHO, VOB) and common risk management methods   Fluent in English required; German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage  Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and conflict‑resolution skills  Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe Creating a future worth living for future generations gets us out of bed every morning.
