Your key responsibilities Identify opportunities to evolve and optimise Ramboll’s reward programmes, frameworks and processes Lead selected global reward initiatives from idea through design and implementation Translate data, market insights and business needs into recommendations for senior stakeholders Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior HR stakeholders and leaders on reward topics and strategic people decisions Drive reward analytics and insights that strengthen transparency and decision-making Explore how technology and data can strengthen reward programmes, employee experience and decision-making What you bring We believe you will thrive in this role if you bring: 8+ years of experience within Rewards - ideally from global organisations Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into decisions Experience leading projects and driving change across functions and geographies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills About our team We are a collaborative and transparent team that values diverse perspectives, trust and continuous learning.
