Learning Leader Who you are We believe you have a minimum of 9 years of related experience in HR, with a solid understanding of Learning and Development practices, or you hold a university degree and 5 years of related experience. You develop and maintain learning and skills frameworks, processes and guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with organisational standards across IKEA through continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You have strong analytical and data management skills and also experience with stakeholder engagement and change management. Your Responsibilities As a Learning Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the Learning capability for IKEA. Your main responsibilities will include: • Own and maintain the learning and skills framework and learning catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with organisational standards across IKEA. • Develop and implement learning and skills processes, tools and guidelines to support learning content creation, updates and governance across all job families. • Collaborate with stakeholders including job family owners, HR business partners and business leaders to ensure learning frameworks reflect business needs and support organisational objectives. • Provide expertise, guidance and training to stakeholders on learning and skills principles, processes and tools to build capability and ensure consistent application. • Monitor and analyse learning and skills data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization and alignment with market practices.
