Assignment Description The position holds the responsibility to monitor and communicate regulatory matters within trade and ESG areas. The regulatory landscape is changing rapidly why there is also a need to support the organization with legal advice regarding implementation of measures to secure continued compliance. The responsibility covers all of the countries/regions where Husqvarna Group. This competence is needed for approximately one year starting September 2026. Main Responsibilities • Trade compliance: legal support to the customs & trade teams (inc. process enhancements) • Regulatory ESG: - Monitor and assess regulatory developments - Legal support with implementation of 3PDD governance model, incl. CSDDD - Legal support with implementation of EUDR, EUBR - Manage national modern slavery reports Required skills Minimum 4–6 years relevant work experience from both trade compliance and ESG areas. Experience from • Experience from trade compliance matters, preferably also from operational tasks and e.g. related risk assessments • Experience from regulatory supply chain due diligence management • Experience from working in cross-functional environments • Good communication skills • Self driving attitude
