Lending Customer Success Graduate

We are looking for a driven, fast-learning graduate with a strong interest in fintech, commercial lending and customer success. Experience Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Communication & Relationship Skills: Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Attention to Detail: Meticulous organisational skills and high accuracy when reviewing documentation, numbers and transaction details. Numerical Literacy: Comfortable with basic financial concepts, data analysis in Google Sheets and tracking payment schedules. Problem-Solving Ability: A naturally curious mind, eager to troubleshoot queries, ask questions and adapt to fast-paced team environments. Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy and excited to master modern workplace software (e.g., Salesforce, internal fintech platforms and Google Workplace).
