We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries.</span><br></p><div><p><strong>The Position</strong></p></div><div><p><span>As a Line Manager at Cambio, you will lead a team of approximately 15 service delivery professionals who play an important role in delivering our e-health solutions to customers across the healthcare sector. The team consists of colleagues with different areas of expertise, including consultants and configuration specialists, all contributing to successful customer deliveries, continuous improvement of our services, and effective internal and customer-facing deliveries. You will be responsible for creating the conditions for the team to succeed, while driving operational excellence through clear governance, effective ways of working and a strong focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.</span></p></div><div><p><span>The role combines leadership of people, delivery and capability development. By building a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture, you will enable your team members to grow, perform and building a healthy and engaging team culture.
