Local Change Lead SAP Implementation

About the Role You will help a local organization prepare for a major SAP transformation and make sure new processes, roles, and system support are understood and adopted in practice. In this role, you are the bridge between a central transformation program and the local business, turning overall direction into clear, relevant, and actionable change activities. You will work in a complex automotive environment with many stakeholders, where success depends on strong coordination, clear communication, and the ability to create engagement across different parts of the organization. Job Description You act as the local change lead for the SAP implementation and represent the change perspective in the local organization. You translate program directives into practical local plans and activities that support business readiness. You assess how new processes, roles, and system capabilities affect the organization and document the business impact. You drive local change management planning and execution in line with the overall transformation approach. You coordinate communication activities so that stakeholders stay informed, involved, and aligned throughout the change journey. You identify stakeholder groups, understand their needs, and adapt change activities to support successful adoption. You support managers in leading their teams through change and help create commitment around new ways of working. You plan and coordinate readiness activities and follow up on organizational preparedness. You coordinate end-user training together with training teams, key users, and business representatives. You monitor adoption risks, resistance, and barriers, and raise critical issues to the right forums when needed. You collaborate closely with business leaders, process representatives, and central change teams to secure a smooth transition into SAP-enabled ways of working. You provide regular status updates and readiness reporting to project and business leadership. Requirements Experience in change management, project coordination, transformation programs, or similar roles. Proven experience supporting organizational change initiatives in complex environments. Experience coordinating communication, engagement, readiness, and training activities. Experience working closely with business stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Good understanding of change management methodologies and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Very good communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and levels. Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities at the same time. A structured, proactive, and results-oriented way of working. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and manage risks. Nice to have Experience from large-scale ERP, digital transformation, or business transformation programs. Experience with SAP implementations or similar ERP platforms.
