LOGISTIC PLANNER - Maternity cover
This is an opportunity to take on a key role in an international environment where you can directly influence supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
This is a temporary position, with a length of 12 months and with possibility for extension, during a maternity cover.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for a Logistic Planner to join our team. In this central role, you will act as a key link between multiple stakeholders, take responsibility for maximizing customer delivery service levels while ensuring cost-efficient supply planning.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and external suppliers, you will play a key role in securing product availability and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Plan and monitor purchase orders, replenishment orders, and deliveries to ensure high product availability and customer service levels.
Optimize inventory levels while balancing service, cost, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Suppliers to secure an efficient and reliable supply chain.
Create and execute supply and delivery plans supporting business changes, such as product range updates and logistics flow changes.
Drive forecast accuracy through close cooperation with commercial teams and other key stakeholders.
Identify supply chain risks and challenges, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Act as contact person in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proactively manage planning parameters and processes to ensure the best possible planning outcomes.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Any experience within supply planning, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actions.
Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
Advanced skills in Excel and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
To be eligible for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in Sweden. We are unable to offer work permit sponsorship.
