Logistics and Export Coordinator

Responsibilities: Responsible for invoicing and documentation of domestic and export sales Handle all export-related formalities and compliance Negotiate with forwarders for export freight Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and generate MIS reports Plan, implement, and oversee logistics operations including transportation Ensure proper packaging of dispatch materials Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and LR copies Manage courier operations and coordination   Desired Characteristics: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or export documentation Knowledge of export procedures and documentation Experience with invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics coordination Good communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Strong organizational and multitasking ability What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?
