About the Role
You will help shape a new industrial campus and highly automated warehouse setup within an international industrial and technology environment. The focus is on building efficient, scalable, and robust material flows while connecting warehouse operations with production, automation, digitalization, and IT/OT. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, with real influence over design, implementation, commissioning, and continuous improvement. This is a strong opportunity if you want to work hands-on with warehouse automation and help build operations that need to perform reliably from day one.
Job DescriptionYou will develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows.
You will drive the implementation and commissioning of highly automated warehouse solutions.
You will define and improve logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows.
You will work with Warehouse Control Systems and related logistics systems.
You will support the ramp-up and stabilization of new warehouse operations.
You will contribute to logistics standards, methods, and best practices.
You will identify improvement opportunities and help create sustainable logistics solutions together with production, automation, IT/OT, and external suppliers.
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
At least five years of relevant professional experience within logistics.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics development, industrial engineering, or warehouse automation.
Experience working with Warehouse Control Systems and related logistics systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Fluent Swedish.
Nice to haveExperience from highly automated warehouse environments.
Experience with warehouse start-ups, factory ramp-ups, or greenfield projects.
Knowledge of SAP, MFC/WCS, WMS, or other warehouse automation systems.
Experience with automation projects, material-handling equipment, and logistics-system integrations.
Experience with AMR solutions and automated transportation systems.
