What do we hope from you? To succeed in this role, you should have: An excellent academic record with a relevant master’s degree, e.g. from business or industrial engineering (graduated or close to graduation) Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint Good interpersonal and communication skills and excellent command of both Finnish and English A proactive and hands-on attitude for delivering high-quality client experience Analytical and result-oriented mindset An interest to pursue a career in M&A, Strategy and Performance Improvement Previous experience from M&A, management advisory and/or project management is considered as an advantage.
