Maintenance Engineer Trainee - Attach and Train Program
The opportunity to grow within AbbVie’s Engineering team, gaining exposure to both API and biologics operations.  Build practical technical and maintenance capabilities through structured on-the-job learning alongside experienced engineers, technicians and cross-functional teams.  Develop a foundation in equipment reliability, data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement to support your future growth in engineering. 
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply  Prior experience in rotating and static equipment maintenance is an advantage.  Knowledge of CMMS, reliability principles, cGMP requirements and predictive maintenance strategies is an advantage, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, planning and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, external contractors and cross-functional teams.
