Job Summary Tetra Pak Technical Services AB stores and supplies spare parts for packaging equipment to our customers and market companies around the world. We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the and be responsible for leading and developing the maintenance operations within our global spare parts warehouse in Lund. This is a permanent day-time position with location Lund, Sweden. What you will do As Maintenance Manager, you will have people management responsibility for a team of five production technicians and will be responsible for ensuring high availability, operational reliability, and efficiency in our warehouse operations. In this role, you will work both operationally and strategically to develop maintenance processes, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure that the business meets its targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of production technicians Ensuring high availability and operational reliability of warehouse equipment, automation solutions, and technical systems Being responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance Driving and developing ways of working within World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and continuous improvement Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and safety Being responsible for the maintenance budget, KPI follow-up, and resource planning Leading root cause analyses and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and followed up Working closely with the business, the quality team, and other support functions to ensure efficient warehouse operations Contributing to the development of future warehouse processes through digitalization, standardization, and technical improvements We believe you have We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics, or with equivalent experience that the can be considers comparable. You have several years of leadership experience and are used to leading and developing employees toward shared goals in an environment with high demands on safety, quality, and delivery. To succeed in this role, you have experience in maintenance operations within warehousing, logistics, automated material flows, or industrial operations. You have a good understanding of how structured maintenance work contributes to high availability, efficiency, and long-term operational reliability. Experience of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean, or similar improvement methodologies is required, as is documented experience of driving change and improvement initiatives with strong results. You have strong analytical skills and are used to working with KPIs, root cause analyses, and data-driven follow-up to create long-term improvements. In addition, you have good systems knowledge and feel comfortable working in different business and maintenance systems. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. As a person, you are an engaged and present leader who creates trust and commitment in your surroundings. You work in a structured and results-oriented way, while also having the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize in an environment with many points of contact. You are communicative, collaborative, and motivated by developing both people and the business.
