Maintenance Manager

Monitor contractor and employee performance, establish clear expectations, and provide regular coaching and performance feedback. Promote a proactive maintenance culture focused on equipment reliability, employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Here's what you'll bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field required. Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or similar industrial environment. Must be Bilingual in Spanish Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing operation. Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, CMMS, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA). Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, utilities, refrigeration, and facility maintenance systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Continuous Improvement, and reliability best practices. Proven ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets, analyze KPIs, and drive equipment reliability and operational performance. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and develop high-performing teams. Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FSMA, GFSI, and applicable food safety and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS/EAM platforms (Oracle, SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent). Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) are preferred.
