Management Consultant - Business & Operations Design

What You Bring We are looking for people who are curious about how organisations work and motivated by helping clients turn ambitions into meaningful change. You: Have a few years or more of relevant professional experience , preferably from management consulting or a combination of consulting and an in-house role Hold a relevant master’s degree Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with complex business challenges Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and client stakeholders Bring a structured, proactive and collaborative approach to your work Are comfortable taking responsibility and driving your work forward Thrive in a project-based environment with a high degree of collaboration and trust Are fluent in Swedish and English We recognise that relevant experience can come in different forms, and we encourage you to apply even if your background does not match every point above.
