Management Consultant – Real Estate

Avanti is a boutique management consultancy and part of the Newground Alliance. We lead transformations from strategy through to execution, and real estate is now one of our three core sectors. We help real estate companies, property managers, construction and infrastructure organisations run their businesses better. That means sharper operating models, more efficient processes, better customer journeys and digitalisation that delivers. Our focus is how these companies are run, not property development, construction projects or transactions. We’re looking for an experienced management consultant who understands the sector and wants to help us grow it. What you’ll do Lead engagements in strategy, operating model, process improvement and digital transformation for real estate, construction and infrastructure clients Turn complex problems into clear analysis and recommendations for senior leadership, then drive them through to implementation Support clients’ digitalisation and proptech agenda, from system evaluation to rollout Build senior client relationships and help win new work alongside experienced colleagues Contribute to engagements across Avanti and the wider Newground Alliance Who you are 5+ years in management consulting (Big Four or similar), with a meaningful share of your work for real estate, construction or infrastructure clients Strong at structuring problems, building the case for change and leading delivery Experience of transformation, digitalisation or system implementation You understand how real estate companies operate; time inside a real estate company (for example in property management) is a plus Have experience and an interest in business development and sales Degree in business, engineering, economics or a related field Fluent in Swedish and English What we offer A key role in building Avanti’s real estate offering, with real influence on its direction A collaborative, meritocratic boutique culture where your ideas matter Development in leadership, delivery and business development Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Access to the Newground Alliance: 14 specialist consultancies and around 300 consultants
