Management Consultant - Transformation Management

About the role As a Management Consultant in Transformation Management at Influence, you will help senior leaders turn strategic direction into coordinated action and measurable results. You will work across the full transformation journey, connecting priorities, governance, execution, and organisational adoption. You will lead work in business-critical transformations. Typical responsibilities include shaping transformation roadmaps, sequencing initiatives, establishing decision and governance structures, managing risks and cross-functional dependencies, and building the momentum required to move from decision to execution. Our engagements are often enterprise-wide and involve complex stakeholder landscapes in large organisations, particularly within industry, retail, and professional services. You will work closely with executive teams and transformation leaders, combining rigorous problem solving with hands-on delivery, facilitation, and clear communication. You will also play an active role in building Influence: developing trusted client relationships, identifying and shaping new opportunities, contributing to proposals and thought leadership, and helping evolve our Transformation Management offering. Who we are looking for 4–6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, ideally from a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm, or from a comparable transformation role in a complex organisation A strong and clearly documented track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder transformations in large organisations Experience leading defined workstreams and small teams, with accountability for structure, progress, and high-quality client delivery Proven ability to work confidently with executive teams and senior decision-makers, including preparing decision material and driving issues to resolution Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: strategy execution; enterprise transformation; transformation governance or transformation offices; programme mobilisation; roadmap and initiative sequencing; value realisation; risk and dependency management; or business change and adoption A distinctive combination of analytical problem solving and hands-on execution, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities, decisions, and action Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the judgement to challenge constructively and create alignment across functions, business units, and levels of seniority A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition to grow trusted client relationships, develop new business, and help shape Influence's Transformation Management offering towards our 2030 goals Fluency in Swedish and English What we offer The opportunity to deepen your specialisation while growing as part of a wider, collaborative expert network A dynamic work environment built on collective intelligence and close collaboration A culture where sharp minds meet genuine hearts - we live by our values: great minds, genuine hearts, and sustainable results Collaboration with specialists across Newground Alliance, plus development opportunities through Newground Academy Engagements spanning large and mid-sized companies, primarily within retail, industry, and the service sector, with Stockholm as our base We welcome your application; we review candidates and make decisions on an ongoing basis!
