Qualifications: People management/leadership experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support finance professionals. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance certifications are a plus. 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
