Your opportunity As Manager Group Business Control, you will play a central role in connecting financial insights with strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, providing analysis and perspectives that help guide Boliden's continued growth and development. Who you will work with You will be part of Group Finance and report to the Director Group Control. In your role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Strategy & Business Development, Business Areas and subsidiaries throughout the organization. You will also lead a team of Group Controllers and work in an environment where knowledge sharing, teamwork and continuous improvement are key to success. The role offers a broad network of stakeholders and significant exposure to both operational and strategic topics. What you will do Lead and develop the Group Business Control team. Follow-up and quality assurance of the Group's monthly financial and operating results. Coordinate the Group's forecasting and budgeting processes. Prepare analysis, presentations, scenario modelling and decision-making material for executive management and the Board. Drive improvements in reporting processes, analytical models and financial tools. What you bring We believe you are someone who enjoys solving complex business questions together with others. You are analytical and structured, but equally comfortable building relationships and communicating insights in a way that creates understanding and engagement. You take ownership of your work, collaborate naturally across functions and maintain a long-term perspective even when priorities change quickly. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: A university degree in Finance or a related field. Experience working within Controlling, FP&A or a similar finance function. Previous leadership experience through people management, team leadership or leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical capabilities and experience turning data into business insights. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and analysis tools. Professional proficiency in English and good working knowledge of Swedish. A valid driver's license (B). It is considered an advantage if you have: Experience from a listed company or a large international organization. Experience implementing or developing reporting, planning or financial systems. Experience leading finance-related transformation or improvement projects.
