Manager I/II, Immunology Market Access & Payer Marketing

Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.  Minimum of 3+ years pharma marketing experience required.   Experience with Veeva  Apply marketing concepts in the development of marketing plans and programs including portfolio value story, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, account segmentation-based engagement  Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.  Experience working with payer policy documents  Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution urgency, and follow-through.  Analytical skills including analysis and tracking of budgets  Preferred Qualifications:  Advanced degree/MBA or previous sales/marketing experience required  Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories  Launch experience, market access experience, and/or account executive experience preferred  Key AbbVie Competencies:  Strong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and influencing others without direct authority.  Efficient project management and communication capabilities along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.  Knowledge of market trends and competitive practices related to health systems and group practices.  Execution of Goals following the AbbVie Ways of Working.  Solid understanding of market access environment.  "Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience."
