As part of our Omnichannel Digital Innovation & Product team, you’ll lead transformative initiatives across direct-to-consumer, retail, and eTail channels - unlocking new growth opportunities and elevating Logitech’s digital ecosystem. As the Manager, Product UX Design for Direct E-Commerce (DTX), you will leverage your expertise and work closely with the Product Management team to drive impactful user-centered design solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive measurable business outcomes. This role might require up to 15% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships. Your Contribution: Be Yourself. In this role you will: Responsibilities Lead and mentor - Inspire and develop a team of UX professionals by providing strategic guidance, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration, and facilitating continuous professional growth. Champion user-centered solutions - Utilize advanced user research techniques, usability testing, and data analytics to place user needs at the core of design processes. Advocate for designs that align with user insights and business objectives. Strategic UX leadership - Formulate and execute a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the Product Management roadmap. Define clear UX principles and guidelines, and develop actionable goals to drive strategic initiatives. Design system utilization and management - Lead the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all digital products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design systems into the development process and enable AI capabilities. Guide holistic design processes - Oversee the creation of intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Ensure all designs adhere to brand integrity and accessibility standards, pushing the boundaries of conventional design. Cross-functional collaboration - Work synergistically with product management, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with business strategies. Support research and innovation - Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct in-depth research and disseminate insights to inform UX practices and inspire innovative design solutions. Design advocacy and communication - Articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, including executive leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives. Team growth and development - Drive the recruitment and retention of top UX talent. Continuously refine team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and innovation. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task within tight deadlines. Many years of experience in UX design, including several years in a strategic leadership role. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing UX team members to move at speed and deliver premium interactive prototypes. Highly organized, strategic thinker, proactive, and assertive, with the ability to make an impact and act as an integral leader of the business. Ability to direct complex omnichannel solutions that are industry-leading. Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and innovative design practices. Expertise in consumer journey design, digital content best practices, and performance analytics. Proven experience in developing and managing design systems with AI integration. Proficiency in a wide range of UX research and design techniques. Mastery of design tools , most importantly Figma. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business, brand, and marketing strategy across all levels of the organization. Passionate about AI for customer-facing e-Commerce UI and for internal process efficiency. Strong independent work ethic combined with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams in a dynamic environment. Excellent project management, creative briefing, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to implement findings to improve experience. Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams. Preferred qualifications: Exceptional ability to drive standalone narrative creation, using next-gen presentation tech and AI to elevate executive pitches and inspire teams. Familiarity with enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or headless commerce architectures). Working knowledge of front-end web performance optimization, core web vitals, and their direct impact on e-commerce conversion rates. Deep expertise in WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and designing
