Job Description:** **Managing Director Merkle Sweden** We’relooking for a commercially driven and visionary Managing Director to lead and grow our CXM business within Merkle, a part ofdentsu. This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for business performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO ofdentsuSweden, you will lead a future ready, data driven organization while acting as a senior partner to key clients and delivering measurable business impact. **Whatyou’lldo** - Own the overall business strategy, growth, and P&L - Lead key client relationships and drive strategic account development - Build pipeline and drive new business alongside expanding existing partnerships - Lead transformation of capabilities, services, and ways of working - Lead and inspire a high performing organization - Collaborate across media, creative, and CXM to deliver integratedand scalableclient solutions - Position the organization as a leader in CXM, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing and act as a strong brand ambassador fordentsuand Merkle **Who you are** You are a senior commercial leader with strong P&L experience and a deep understanding of Customer Experience Management (CXM). You thrive in complex, client-driven environments, areconfidentengaging at C-level, and bring clarity, energy, and direction to both people and business.
