The Manufacturing Engineering Team
We are looking for a new teammate to join the Ghost Squadron! We are a small, multi-cultural team of engineers representing the bi-directional link between R&D and Production to successfully launch and maintain new cars and projects. We are looking for an individual who has a large a passion for engineering to join us on our upcoming challenges. You will be joining a close-knit, multi-disciplinary group of different backgrounds and ages who work together in a demanding and rewarding environment to reach our goals.
Responsibilities
As a CAD Engineer within the Manufacturing Engineering department, you will work both in our industrialization projects, and supporting our production operations.
Design and develop equipment, tools, jigs, templates etc. to be used in the production
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
Create processes and procedures to help the company meet set goals within performance and quality quotas
Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-department meetings to ensure collaboration and needs
Devise and find solutions for existing production tool problems and/or shortages
Develop standardized designs and work under existing regulations

You are helpful and responsive at the same time as you are working systematically towards your goal. You enjoy new challenges and have an ability to find new solutions four yourself and your team when the need arises. You need to be able manage many tasks at the same time. Aside from this we are looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production/manufacturing engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience in CAD design of tools, jigs and fixtures
Detailed knowledge of Equipment Automation
Strong organizational, analytical and technical communication skills
Good communication and writing skills in both Swedish and English
Experience in 5S and Lean Production

Structural analysis
