This is a key leadership role within manufacturing, responsible for driving operational performance, strengthening execution, and supporting continued growth in production capability for their high-performance systems.<br><br>The role includes leadership of assemblers, testers, warehouse personnel, and production planners, as well as close collaboration with R&D and other support functions to improve products, processes, and industrialization.<br><strong><br><br>What the company offers</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>A Friendly and Inclusive Culture: Join a team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity.</p></li><li><p>Global Team: Work alongside passionate colleagues from around the world.</p></li><li><p>Great Team and Culture: Collaborate with other talented engineers in a supportive environment.</p></li><li><p>Financially Stable and Growing Company: Be part of a company that is financially secure and expanding.</p></li><li><p>Healthcare Benefits: Access to healthcare benefits, free gym, and various sports activities.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop a manufacturing organization of approximately 25 employees, including assemblers, testers, warehouse workers, and production planners.</p></li><li><p>Ensure achievement of production targets in volume, quality, and delivery by maintaining the right staffing, competencies, and daily priorities.</p></li><li><p>Drive efficient ways of working and implement best practices to improve manufacturing efficiency and increase production output.</p></li><li><p>Lead daily operational meetings, remove roadblocks, and report manufacturing status, risks, and priorities to the leadership team.</p></li><li><p>Work cross-functionally with R&D, quality, supply chain, and production engineering to identify improvement opportunities and support stronger product industrialization.</p></li><li><p>Foster a motivated, accountable, and collaborative team culture with strong focus on safety, quality, and work environment.<br><br><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br></p></li><li><p>7+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience leading teams and delivering against production, quality, and operational targets.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, material flow, and performance management.</p></li><li><p>Experience improving manufacturing efficiency, implementing best practices, and increasing production output.</p></li><li><p>Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, quality, supply chain, production engineering, and manufacturing strategy.</p></li><li><p>Experience with serial production, and assembly of electrical/electronics and/or optical products is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.</p></li><li><p>Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Additional Qualifications (Good To Have)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP</p></li><li><p>Experience with PLM systems, such as PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter.</p></li><li><p>Degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, industrial management, or related field.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Security & Eligibility Requirements<br><br></strong>Due to the nature of our work in the defense sector:</p><ul><li><p>You must be eligible to work in Sweden and pass a security background check and be eligible for U.S. export control licenses (ITAR/EAR).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Other information: </strong><br>Start: As per agreement <br>Location: Täby <br>Scope: Fulltime <br>This is a direct employment with our customer, salary and benefits will be dicussed seperately. </p>
