Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer

Assignment Description We are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer with typically 8+ years of relevant experience. You will design, develop and improve manufacturing equipment and tooling, including machinery, fixtures, jigs, gauges and related production solutions. The role covers the full lifecycle from evaluating and developing equipment solutions to installation, operation and maintenance, with focus on improving utilization, uptime and production yield. As a Lead Engineer, you will independently manage large projects and end-to-end processes, solve complex technical challenges, and provide coaching and guidance to other professionals. The role may also include supporting and training production and technology transfer teams on new equipment and processes.
