You know Italian consumer credit from the inside. You see where customers are poorly served, where the opportunity sits and what it would take to win their trust. Now put that knowledge to work. Anyfin is preparing to launch in Italy. We’re looking for someone with deep local knowledge, sharp commercial judgement and the drive to turn an opportunity into a growing business. You’ll join our Expansion team in Stockholm, working with our Expansion Lead and a small team to take Italy from preparation to launch and beyond. You’ll lead the work where knowing Italy makes the difference, own the commercial case and help turn decisions into results. There’s plenty to figure out. We expect you to have ideas about where to start. A good reason to build something better. Anyfin helps people reduce the cost of their existing loans and take greater control of their finances. We only make an offer if we can lower the customer’s total cost. Less money spent on borrowing. More room for everything else in life. We’re profitable, hold a banking licence and have helped customers across Sweden, Finland and Germany. Italy is next, with launch planned for spring 2027. Your job is to help us earn our place there, then give customers a reason to keep choosing us. Take Italy from opportunity to reality. Find our way into the market. Understand the customers, competitors, products and channels. Identify where we can create value, what could hold us back and what we should do first. Own the commercial case. Size the opportunity, build the unit economics and challenge the assumptions. Make a clear recommendation on where to invest our time and money. Help us win our first customers. Shape the go-to-market with our product lead: channels, messages, customer journeys and experiments. Make sure the offer makes sense to Italian customers, and the Italian sounds like something they would actually say. Get the launch over the line. Work with Credit, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Italian advisers to get pricing, onboarding, customer service and complaints handling ready for Italy. Follow the results. Then act. Track volume, credit performance and payback. Understand what’s driving the numbers and help the team decide when to push, change course or stop. You’ll lead crossfunctional work across colleagues who bring different expertise. Some questions will come from them. Others should come from you. You know the market. You want to build in it. You’ve spent around 3–6 years working close to consumer credit or payments in Italy, at a lender, a fintech or a consultancy serving Italian financial-services businesses. You understand how the market works in practice. The lenders and distribution channels. Revolving credit and personal loans. Credit bureaus and pricing constraints. And the customer behind the application: what they trust, what makes them hesitate and why they might switch. You bring: First-hand Italian market knowledge. You have experience and informed opinions that can help us make better decisions. Confidence with numbers. You can build a business case, work through unit economics and do your own analysis in spreadsheets, SQL or Python. Commercial impact. You’ve moved a number someone cared about: conversion, volume, margin or cost. You can explain what you did and what happened. Initiative and follow-through. You spot what needs doing, bring people on board and stay close enough to see it through. Clear judgement and communication. Y ou can turn a messy question into a short recommendation, including what remains uncertain. Native or near-native Italian and fluent English. Experience launching a product, market or channel is valuable. So is experience with credit cards, debt consolidation or growth marketing in Italy. We’ll be particularly interested in an opportunity you spotted before someone asked you to look. Ambitious work. Good people to do it with. You’ll join a small team with real responsibility and direct access to the people making decisions. They share what they know, challenge each other’s thinking and are quick to laugh. AI is built into how we work, giving you more room to research, analyse and test ideas. You still own the recommendation. A confident answer about Italian credit needs someone who knows which question to ask next. You’ll have colleagues to build with, room to shape the work and a clear view of what your contribution makes possible. Tell us what you made happen. What did you spot? How did you assess it? What changed because you got involved? And what do you understand about Italian customers that a new entrant could easily miss? We’d like to hear it. The role is based at our office on Drottninggatan 92 in Stockholm. You’ll need to be based here or willing to relocate. EU work authorisation is required. We interview on a rolling basis and would love for you to join ahead of the launch.
