Marketing Creatives Producer

Key Responsibilities Define and shape the creative strategy for one of our projects Set creative production priorities and contribute to planning Lead the creative development process end-to-end: generate hypotheses, select ideas, and oversee production Analyze creative performance and hypotheses, turning findings into actionable insights for the production team Improve creative analytics tools in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics team Monitor and analyze the mobile advertising market, trends, and best practices Maintain the Creative Knowledge Base and share relevant insights with the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Extensive experience in a similar role in GameDev, with a portfolio demonstrating successful creative production Deep understanding of the mobile gaming and mobile advertising market Strong knowledge of advertising channels, placements, and performance marketing Solid understanding of end-to-end art, video, and playable ad production Experience working with creative performance data and analytics Hands-on experience using AI tools and generative technologies in creative production workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to generate, prioritize, and evaluate ideas Experience launching creative production for new games from scratch will be a plus Working at Tripledot Hybrid Working 20 business days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year 20 business days remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, or use the time to cover mandatory office days to WFH, 20 days of the year Lunch: Provided daily in the office to keep you fueled and focused Continuous Professional Development: Propel your career with continuous opportunities for professional development.
