You’ll learn how to plan, run and optimize digital recruitment campaigns that make a real impact for our clients.</p><p>During your internship, you’ll:</p><p>- Create and manage campaigns across <strong>LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat</strong></p><p>- Work with <strong>targeting, ad copy, visuals, and optimization</strong></p><p>- Analyze campaign data and share insights</p><p>- Support in reporting and follow-up with clients & internal teams</p><p>- Be involved in automation and process improvement projects</p><p></p><p>You’ll work closely with our <strong>Campaign Specialists and Sales team</strong>, getting insight into how marketing and sales align to drive success for our clients.</p><h3>🌈 Who you are</h3><p>We believe you are someone who:</p><p>- Studies <strong>Digital Marketing, Communication, Media, E-commerce, or similar</strong></p><p>- Has a passion for <strong>social media and advertising</strong></p><p>- Is curious, structured, and proactive</p><p>- Has an analytical mindset but also enjoys creative problem-solving</p><p>- Communicates fluently in Swedish & English <br><br>Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-moving environment.</p><h3>💕 Why you’ll love it here</h3><p>1.
