Master Data Coordinator (50% workload)
For our client we are looking for a Master Data Coordinator (50% workload). Our client is looking for a consultant working 50% to support as Master Data Coordinator. The role is within the Digital Design Centre, which is part of RD&T Personal Care in Mölndal. The consultant will be supporting to ensure business continuity when one of the team's current Master Data Coordinators is retiring. The consultant will become part of a team consisting of approximately 10 people, working closely with an experienced Master Data Coordinator, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders across the organization. One of our Digital Design team’s responsibilities is the delivery of high-quality master data to our client's internal processes and external partners for all our articles. The Master Data Coordinator role is a vital function for product data management and to be successful in this role we seek someone that has a combination of skills that include a good understanding of information systems as well as being accurate. The consultant will take responsibility and manage a part of the material/article specifications, but as part of the team the work tasks and responsibilities will be shifting at times to meet our common goals. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Create, amend and delete Master Data. - Review and respond to enquiries related to Master Data, taking a decision or escalating issues, concerns or risks as appropriate. - Perform regular data reviews, identify issues or improvement areas related to data handling, perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement activities to safeguard data quality. - Support and co-operate with Business Data Users and other stakeholders on request. - Contribute to projects and initiatives related to relevant master data. Required education and experience: - Logistic or system profile with relevant practice. - Preferably some years of industry experience: information systems/supply chain/customer service. - Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel and Master Data Management. - High proficiency in English and Swedish. - Technical writing and end-user documentation skills. The role requires regular interaction and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, while also involving independent administrative and data management responsibilities. The position calls for a team-oriented and service-minded approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented manner. The role holder is expected to be self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high data quality and supporting business needs. Extra information: Workload: 50% Location: Mölndal, Sweden Working Model: Hybrid. Initially, a high level of on-site presence is expected. Over time, the role can be combined with remote work; however, according to client's policy, the majority of the work should be performed from the Mölndal office. Assignment Duration: Preliminary end date is August 31, 2027. The need might be extended, but this depends on internal projects Please note! We offer continuously.
