About the Role You will work with master data in a global packaging and materials environment where accurate specifications are essential across development, forecasting, sales and customer-facing information. In this role, you will focus on Package Master and related specification and data management tools, where package attributes are calculated from source data in systems such as SAP PLM and FileMaker. A key priority is enabling new package attributes to support current and future sustainability legislation. You will be part of a team that connects data quality, system support and continuous improvement across cross-functional stakeholders worldwide. Job Description You will support and improve standards, policies and procedures for creating, maintaining and deleting master data. You will work hands-on with data management and technical documentation to secure high information quality and strong product data availability. You will support specification owners and development teams in managing new and existing specifications in the systems. You will help define and support how package attributes are calculated from data in connected systems. You will contribute to improvements in tools, systems and working procedures based on stakeholder needs across global teams. You will act as a super user and support end users in their daily work with specification and data management tools. Requirements You work in a structured and detail-oriented way with a strong focus on data accuracy. You have good written and spoken English. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have experience with technical documentation, including workflows and procedures. You understand requirement management. You have a business, service and delivery-oriented mindset. You can prioritize and work independently in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable contributing both as part of a team and independently, depending on the task. You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding new solutions that reduce complexity. Nice to have Good knowledge of Swedish.
