Master Data Management

We searcing for a Master Data Expert within the Specification & Capability Management team in D&T Materials & Package organisation. The team own and work with the Specification and Data managment systems used for Packaging Material, Additional Material and Package master data. Assignment: You will join the Inorigo team. The key application in the Inorigo tool is Package Master where we can calculate package attributes reading material data data from different systems like SAP PLM and FileMaker. You will also have the Package Specificaitons in Inorigo. Data from Inrigo is used during development and in downstream systems for forecasting and sales. Some data is also shared with our Customers. Focus now is to be able to calculate new attributes for our packages to secure fullfillment of current and future sustainability legislations. Tasks - Support in defining and maintaining standards, policies and procedures for master data creation, maintenance and deletion. - Support end users of Tetra Pak specification and data management systems or tools by working with datamanagement and technical documentation securing information quality and product data availability. - Support Specification Owners and Development teams to manage new and existing specification in systems. - Be part of teams suggesting and developing solutions to continuously improve systems, tools and working procedures according to stakeholder needs. Our stakeholder are globally cross-organisations in Tetra Pak. - Act as super user to support end-users. Skills Requirements: - Structured and detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy - Good communication skills in written and oral in English - Business, service and delivery oriented - Continuous improvement mind set and being result oriented to find new solutions and reduce complexity - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Technical documentation skills, including workflows and procedures - Team player and individual contributor depending on task - Ability to prioritize and work independently in fast-changing environment - Understanding of requirement management Start: 01.10.2026 End: 2027.12.31 with possibility to extend Location: Lund onsite.
