About the Role
You will join a global supply chain environment where accurate order execution, smart prioritization, and close cross-functional collaboration are critical to keeping production and deliveries on track. In this role, you work at the center of operational order management, helping turn supply plans into realistic short- and mid-term schedules for factories while balancing service, working capital, and capacity costs.
You will collaborate closely with supply planning, demand planning, production planning, product teams, and other stakeholders to keep plans aligned with actual needs and to handle disruptions before they affect delivery performance. The role also includes contributing to process standardization, automation, and performance follow-up in an international setup. Job DescriptionYou will execute and monitor end-to-end purchase orders, manufacturing orders, and distribution orders.
You will translate mix-rate into granular short-term and mid-term supply plans together with supply planners.
You will balance required and available capacity to support service levels, working capital targets, and production pace.
You will help ensure that the right products are produced in the factories based on current requirements.
You will support the S&OE process, including priority alignment with supply planning, production units, and delivery commitments.
You will monitor order accuracy and compliance with global standards across the supply chain.
You will stay in close contact with the supply network to identify risks, manage disruptions, and adjust plans when needed.
You will follow key metrics, perform root cause analysis on issues, and drive improvement actions together with stakeholders.
You will contribute to standardizing and automating order management processes globally.
RequirementsProven understanding of supply planning, inventory management, S&OP and how it affects financial targets
Two-plus years’ working experience in similar or related roles
Hands-on experience working with multiple partners to resolve exceptions and negotiate best alternatives
ERP system knowledge, APS
Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and understand underlying issues
Ability to work confidently and effectively within demand planning modules in Advanced Planning Systems
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across functions
A structured and proactive way of working, with attention to detail in a dynamic environment
