Medical Director - Skin/IO

Qualifications: MD. or D.O. degree with board certification in Medical Oncology (required). At least 5 years of experience in oncology, with clinical or research experience in melanoma, skin cancers, or immunotherapy (preferred). Strong publication or clinical trial background in immuno-oncology or translational oncology research (preferred). Associate or full Medical Director designation commensurate with experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to rapidly learn Natera’s molecular testing technologies and apply clinical judgment to evaluate and communicate their relevance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including scientific presentation and education. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with commercial, R&D, and clinical teams. Understanding of immuno-oncology trial design, translational endpoints, and regulatory considerations. Effective project management and ability to balance multiple high-impact initiatives. Collaborative mindset and ability to build consensus across functions. The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. Remote USA $261,500 — $326,850 USD Compensation & Total Rewards This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
