Mentorship Program – Knowit Management Consulting 2027 Are you a university student curious about a career in management consulting? Whether you’re exploring your career options, looking to develop new skills, or simply wondering what life as a consultant is really like, our mentorship program could be the perfect opportunity for you! Get a glimpse into the world of management consulting Through our mentorship program, you will gain first-hand insight into what it’s like to work as a management consultant. We hope to answer any questions and share our take on what consulting is really all about. Beyond exploring the consulting profession, we'll focus on your personal growth: understanding your motivations, goals, and ambitions (and maybe fears). You’ll be matched with a mentor who will support you throughout the program. Together, you’ll explore your ambitions, strengths, and career aspirations through individual mentoring sessions tailored to your interests. Who are we looking for? We're looking for university students who: - Are currently in their fourth year of university studies - Are curious about management consulting and eager to learn more - Are motivated to participate actively in the program and explore their personal and professional development No previous consulting experience is required – just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn! Practical information and application The program starts in February 2027 and includes evening sessions at Knowit’s Stockholm office, alongside individual mentoring sessions scheduled together with your mentor.
